HIGH END Vienna 2026 marked the beginning of a new chapter for the world’s leading high-end audio exhibition. Following its historic move from Munich, the event made its debut at the Austria Center Vienna (ACV), bringing together the global audio industry, music lovers, dealers, distributors, journalists and manufacturers for four days dedicated to the very best in high-end audio.
For HMS Elektronik, the exhibition held special significance as the company celebrated 50 years of craftsmanship and engineering. Throughout the event, visitors were invited to explore the complete HMS portfolio, from Foundations and Concertato to Armonia Carbon, Gran Finale 50, Suprema MC2 and HMS power-filter technologies.
In Room 2.15 on Level 2, HMS presented its full product range within a carefully curated exhibition environment that highlighted the engineering principles, signal integrity and musical authenticity that have defined the brand since 1975.
Across both Trade Visitor Days and the public weekend, the room welcomed a continuous flow of partners, dealers, distributors, journalists and audiophiles from around the world.
One of the highlights of the exhibition was the presentation of the Gran Finale 50 Series within the reference-level system showcased by Silent Pound Audio in Hall X2, Room A05. Developed to celebrate 50 years of HMS craftsmanship, the Gran Finale 50 Series demonstrated how meticulous cable design contributes to transparency, dynamics and musical realism within a complete high-performance audio system.
Another memorable moment took place during the first public day when renowned German audio journalist Matthias Böde from Stereo conducted a special listening session. Visitors first experienced the system configured with HMS Gran Finale 50 Series cables before the system was reconfigured with Siltech Classic Legend 680 cables. The presentation provided attendees with a unique opportunity to explore different engineering approaches to signal transmission within the same reference system and sparked many engaging discussions throughout the day.
HIGH END Vienna 2026 also generated significant media attention for HMS Elektronik. The brand was featured in U-Audio’s exhibition coverage, highlighting HMS’s 50-year heritage, engineering philosophy and product portfolio to an international audience of high-end audio enthusiasts.
Throughout the exhibition, visitors expressed strong interest in both HMS cable technologies and power-filter solutions. The many positive reactions, technical discussions and meaningful conversations with music lovers and industry professionals confirmed the growing international appreciation for the HMS approach to audio engineering.
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited HMS Elektronik during HIGH END Vienna 2026. A special thank you goes to our partners, distributors, dealers, journalists and visitors who helped make the inaugural Vienna edition such a memorable success.
