The HMS Energy Series is designed to provide a clean and stable electrical foundation for high-performance audio and video systems. Building on decades of HMS experience in power distribution, filtering and interference suppression, the latest generation combines proven engineering principles with upgraded materials and construction.
Premium Energy MC2 represents the latest evolution of this philosophy. Its internal wiring is made from HMS Super Mono Crystal Copper and insulated with Kapton tape and silicone insulation, while upgraded sockets with gold-plated contacts provide a high-quality electrical connection throughout the power distributor.
At the heart of Premium Energy MC2 is HMS GLS/DCS mains filtering, continuing the power filtering concept developed by Hans M. Strassner. The filter and ferrite cores have been carefully matched to work together, with two ferrite cores used for each socket.
Available in four- and eight-socket configurations for both European and US socket standards, Premium Energy MC2 brings the established HMS approach to power filtering into a new generation.
